Project Specialist; IVC - Tech Srvcs - End Point Refresh

Assisting in replacing current workstations on campus, imaging devices, unboxing, and endpoint installation.

The following duties are typical for this classification. Incumbents may not perform all of the listed duties and/or may be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth below to address business needs and changing business practices.

• Assisting with inventory validation and device staging for campus technology refreshes.
• Assist with coordinating endpoint deployments, user scheduling, and equipment exchanges.
• Providing logistical support to ensure timely deployment of replacement devices across campus.

Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with diverse campus stakeholders.

Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Report to work on a regular and consistent basis, as scheduled, to assigned job.

Work is primarily performed in an office environment using a computer and standard office equipment. The position requires prolonged periods of sitting, viewing a computer screen, and performing repetitive hand movements. May need to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight.
