Ghassemian Law Group, APC is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join our growing team in Mission Viejo. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished litigator who enjoys managing complex matters, mentoring junior attorneys, and playing a leadership role in a collaborative firm environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in business litigation, a proven ability to manage a high caseload, and confidence handling matters through resolution, including mediations, arbitrations, and trial.

Construction and/or real estate litigation experience is a plus but not required.

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal briefs
• Manage and oversee a substantial caseload from inception through resolution
• Appear at court hearings and argue motions on behalf of clients
• Prepare for and attend trials, mediations, and arbitrations
• Assign and oversee matters delegated to associates and paralegals
• Provide supervision, mentorship, guidance, and legal strategy support to junior attorneys
• Stay current with applicable local, state, and federal laws

• Active license to practice law in the State of California (required)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior/lead litigation role, and 10-15 years post-bar experience
• Strong drafting, research, negotiation, and courtroom skills
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
• Excellent organizational and case management skills
