Base pay: $85,000 – $100,000 per year.

• 5+ years in banking sales/service roles and an entrepreneurial spirit with experience creating strategies for business growth; adept at ensuring banking operational excellence, managing daily branch operations, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• 5+ years of management experience (6+ employees) with a proven ability to build, coach, mentor, and develop a team that consistently meets and exceeds performance targets and provides exceptional service to members.
• 3+ years in business development and community engagement.
