We are currently seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to join our outstanding behavioral health team!
Salary Range: $100K + per year—dep. on exp.

We are a Mental Health Rehab Center (Title 9 Regulation) – Mental Health or Behavioral Health experience required.
As a leader in our facility, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring our nursing team while ensuring the delivery of top‑notch care to our residents.

- Provide nursing and administrative direction for our entire nursing services team.
- Oversee the leadership and guidance of the nursing team in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Ensure appropriate utilization of resources necessary to deliver high‑quality patient care.
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments for a coordinated interdisciplinary approach.
- Coach, develop, and lead our clinical team to success.
- Previous experience as a Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), or RN Manager.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a nursing supervisory role within the last (5) years, providing direct care to multiple residents, with Mental Health or Behavioral Health experience being ideal.
- Graduate of an approved RN program.
- Knowledgeable in nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertinent to long‑term care.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Experience in a Mental Health or Behavioral Health setting.
- Familiarity with Point Click Care .
- Advanced education in principles of management and geriatrics or DON certification.
- Leadership principles expertise.
