The Midnight MissionAs a night shift RN in our SICU, you'll be at the forefront of patient care during the crucial overnight hours. Your expertise and vigilance will be the lifeline for post-surgical patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment. This role is not for the faint of heart – it's for those who are passionate about making a difference when it matters most.
YourSuperpowers (aka Responsibilities)
- Provide expert, compassionate care to critically ill patients recovering from complex surgical procedures
- Monitor vital signs, manage ventilators, and administer medications with precision
- Respond swiftly to changes in patient condition, making split‑second decisions that can save lives

- California Registered Nurse License (active and unencumbered)
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU work experience in an acute care (hospital) setting
