Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Store Manager at our Mission Viejo CA location and ensure that the LEGO Brand, vision, and values are exemplified in all store operations and guest interactions. You will empower the team around you to drive sales while providing a signature experience for every guest. • Demonstrate results orientation by meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators, supervising business processes, maintaining impeccable merchandising and cleanliness standards, and enhancing efficiency and profit by maintaining sound operational practices.
• Be a role model for guest experience by ensuring the execution of our service model, completing monthly mystery shops, enhancing repeat business by creating NPS promoters, and coaching sales associates to deliver exceptional branded experiences.
• Lead your team by recruiting and developing a highly productive and collaborative team, coaching and performance management, delivering signature experiences, and providing continuous product knowledge and service training.
• Develop your team by articulating what a LEGO brand experience looks like, unlocking potential using the LEGO Core Proficiencies and building your bench for future growth by identifying top candidates for promotion.
• Demonstrate collaboration with peers and partners to drive big-picture performance and maintain a positive, cooperative working environment.
• Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values.

• Proven management experience in a retail environment
• Experience with:
  Point of Sale systems; loss prevention and cash management; recruitment, selection and training; scheduling and payroll management; performance management and conflict resolution; space management and visual merchandising; effective organizational, verbal and written communication; demonstrated computer proficiency.
• Physical specifications:
  Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders; vision abilities; lifting at least 30 lbs.

The salary for this position has a range of $64,428.00 - $96,642.00 based on responsibilities, market benchmarks and organizational constraints. Comprehensive remuneration details, including benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
