$18 per hour
What We Offer- Commission on all product, package, upgrade, and membership sales

- Assist with daily store manager admin work
- Assist with training new hire sales associates
- Assist with holding team members accountable to standard policies and sales expectations
- Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
- Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
- Maintain a clean and organized salon
- Open and close the business
- Handle daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
- Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use tanning equipment
- Attend off‑site sales and job trainings
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
