Insurance Sales Producer Farmers Insurance

Farmers Insurance – Harandi Agency is growing and looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Producer to join our Mission Viejo office.

This is a full-time, in-office sales position for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, following up with leads, building relationships, and closing new business.

We provide training, leads, sales tools, and ongoing support. Your success will come from consistent activity, strong follow-up, and the ability to confidently ask for the sale.

You will help customers with Auto, Home, Renters, Landlord, Umbrella, and other insurance products while building a long-term career in the insurance industry.

• Call and follow up with new and existing leads
• Quote and sell personal insurance products
• Handle inbound and outbound sales opportunities
• Cross-sell additional insurance products
• Follow up consistently with prospects
• Explain coverage options clearly and professionally
• Ask for the sale and close new business
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and CRM
• Build referral and networking opportunities
• Meet daily and monthly activity and production goals
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching

Typical producer activity may include approximately 50 outbound calls, 8 quotes, 15 follow-ups, and a target of 3 sales per day.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls
• Confident asking for the sale and handling objections
• Goal-oriented, competitive, and self-motivated
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Basic computer, email, CRM, and data-entry skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work full-time in our Mission Viejo office
• Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred
• Unlicensed candidates must be willing to obtain the required insurance license within the required timeframe

Insurance experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in automotive sales, wireless sales, real estate, lending, hospitality, customer service, or other performance-based sales roles are encouraged to apply.
