Drive requires consistency and safety while earning competitive pay on a CPM basis, starting at 55 CPM plus mileage bonus up to 60.5 CPM, with layover, detention, and stop-pay incentives.
Orientation pay is provided, and a robust benefits package becomes available after 90 days, including health, dental, vision, a 401k match, PTO, holidays, and vacation pay with tenure milestones.
