** Job Description
** Business Analysis Manager serves as a critical bridge between business needs and technical solutions, specializing in complex projects and strategic initiatives. This role requires a seasoned professional adept at deeply understanding business processes, eliciting comprehensive requirements, analyzing data, and translating findings into actionable recommendations. The Senior BA also provides leadership and mentorship to less experienced analysts, drives process improvements, and ensures alignment between project outcomes and organizational goals.
