We are hiring:
Overseas Sales Director
Join Sky Fend in a frontier startup environment to advance counter-UAS technology.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the overall planning, deployment, and resource allocation of overseas sales projects, and for achieving sales targets.Participate in the formulation of annual business and budget plans for the assigned region.Propose effective corrective measures and guidance to address issues in the sales process, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives.Conduct market research and demand analysis in the organization's assigned region.Oversee sales activities in the region, develop and implement marketing plans.Build and manage the regional sales team, including evaluation and motivation of personnel to enhance team effectiveness.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree or higher; fluent in spoken English and able to communicate directly with international clients, with a global perspective.Experience in managing regional sales teams, with preferred candidates having industry connections.Strong market analysis capabilities, clear sales strategies, and sharp market judgment, with the ability to seize business opportunities and negotiate deals.Strong market development capabilities, high market sensitivity, excellent resource integration skills, strong communication and team-building skills, with the ability to handle pressure and achieve work targets.Familiarity with various overseas business operation models; has experience in brand promotion and marketing, and can guide clients in conducting market promotion activities.Sky Fend is an equal opportunity employer.
