We are hiring:
Overseas Sales Director

Join Sky Fend in a frontier startup environment to advance counter-UAS technology.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the overall planning, deployment, and resource allocation of overseas sales projects, and for achieving sales targets.
  • Participate in the formulation of annual business and budget plans for the assigned region.
  • Propose effective corrective measures and guidance to address issues in the sales process, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives.
  • Conduct market research and demand analysis in the organization's assigned region.
  • Oversee sales activities in the region, develop and implement marketing plans.
  • Build and manage the regional sales team, including evaluation and motivation of personnel to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher; fluent in spoken English and able to communicate directly with international clients, with a global perspective.
  • Experience in managing regional sales teams, with preferred candidates having industry connections.
  • Strong market analysis capabilities, clear sales strategies, and sharp market judgment, with the ability to seize business opportunities and negotiate deals.
  • Strong market development capabilities, high market sensitivity, excellent resource integration skills, strong communication and team-building skills, with the ability to handle pressure and achieve work targets.
  • Familiarity with various overseas business operation models; has experience in brand promotion and marketing, and can guide clients in conducting market promotion activities.
