Child Watch : MA-Wareham

Position Summary:

Provides direct care for children 3 months to 7 years while in the child watch area.

• Develops positive relationships with participants.
• Provides activities in accordance with established Child Care Services regulations.
• Communicate as required with parents and children to assure highest standards of care are being met.
• Participate in enforcing established ground rules.
• Participate in maintenance of cleanliness and safety of the physical environment.

• Minimum 1 year experience working with children 3 months to 7 years.
• Ability to effectively interact with parents and children on a range of issues.
• Demonstrated ability to make mature judgments in difficult situations.
