We are looking for a key addition to our team in Harrislee, starting as soon as possible:

Your Mission:
Turn Film and Ink into Flawless Final Product

You take full command of our advanced printing technology. Your focus is simple: deliver a perfect, roll‑ready product that impresses our high‑profile customers throughout Europe.

Your Core Tasks:

• Machine Authority: You independently set up, retool, and operate our Flexographic printing and slitting machines. You own the technology.
• Colour Command: You mix and precisely match inks to spec, maintaining absolute colour accuracy from start to finish.
• Non‑Negotiable Quality: You constantly monitor proofs and production runs. You don't just react—you proactively adjust and correct, because quality defines us. All steps and results are meticulously documented for full traceability.
• System Care: You treat your equipment right. Routine maintenance, cleaning, and servicing are essential parts of your day to guarantee smooth, continuous operation.
• Process Driver: Don't just follow the manual. We expect you to think critically, inject new ideas, and actively help us sharpen and optimise our workflows.

Your Profile:

Master of Craftsmanship, Driven by Tech

You know your trade inside and out and are committed to producing nothing less than superior quality. We seek doers who are proud of their precision and motivated to shape and improve processes.

• Solid Foundation: Successfully completed vocational training in Media Technology for Printing (Flexo or Offset specialization preferred) or a comparable, proven technical qualification.
• Mindset: You work independently, cleanly, and accurately. You are a reliable team player who finds genuine satisfaction in crafting excellent products.
• Flexibility: You are ready to work within a 3‑shift system.
• Communication: You possess good command of German, both written and spoken.
