The role involves both in-office preparation and field engagement through sessions and mentorship meetings.

Q, through its Pro Abled Academy, is seeking a motivated and skilled Entrepreneurship Trainer to empower aspiring entrepreneurs. The trainer will coordinate training activities, assess participants’ needs, and provide tailored support to help them develop viable business models.

  Q team on preparation of training material
• Deliver entrepreneurship workshops and capacity-building sessions.
• Guide trainees to build and deliver a small business model/plan to justify their vision and financial needs.
• Document sessions, gather feedback, and report progress.
• Collaborate with outreach and M&E teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business coaching, entrepreneurship training, project coordination, or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Previous experience in NGOs, training programs, or enterprise support initiatives is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (excel, Word).
