Nile University's Graduate School of Management of Technology is seeking outstanding and visionary faculty members at the Associate or Full Professor level. This is a unique opportunity to shape the next generation of leaders and contribute to cutting-edge research in a vibrant, entrepreneurial academic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver high-quality graduate courses in Management of Technology and related disciplines.
- Establish a robust, externally funded research program addressing global and regional challenges.
- Publish influential research in top-tier academic journals.
- Supervise and mentor graduate students in their research and professional development.
- Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and build strong partnerships with industry and the community.
- Contribute to academic leadership, program development, and accreditation processes.
- A Ph.D. in Management of Technology, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, or a closely related field.
- A current academic rank of Associate Professor or Full Professor, held for a minimum of three years.
- A distinguished record of scholarly research with publications in reputable international journals.
- Demonstrated success in securing external funding for research initiatives.
- Proven excellence in teaching and mentoring at the graduate level.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a solid background in statistics.
- Experience fostering academia-industry collaboration and applying research to practical challenges.
- A commitment to innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainability.
- Leadership experience and a strong understanding of accreditation standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
