The College welcomes expressions of interest from motivated and committed individuals seeking opportunities to coach within the Co-curriculum Program throughout the year.
The College educates over 1500 young men across two campuses and offers a broad Co-curriculum Program which includes, but is not limited to, Sport, Music, Drama, Debating and Public Speaking.
Selection Criteria for Co-curriculum positions:
- be a motivated and engaging coach or mentor within your given field;
- be flexible and able to work collaboratively in a team environment;
- demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building and maintaining quality relationships with all members of the College’s community;
- be able to demonstrate leadership of team coaching initiatives;
- demonstrate an understanding of and a commitment to the Mission and Values of the College;
- demonstrate flexibility and the ability to adapt and operate effectively in a demanding and changing environment;
- have a coaching accreditation in the relevant sport or activity;
- hold a current First and CPR certificate;
- hold a current Working with Children Check and be committed to safeguarding and promoting the safety, welfare and-being of children and young people.

- resume which includes details of any relevant qualifications/accreditations and experience in the sport or activity you are expressing an interest in;
- the names and contact details of two referees.
Our recruitment processes include telephone or Teams interviews, face-to-face interviews, and reference checks prior to an offer of employment being made.
Successful candidates will be required to undertake Compliance training in Child Safeguarding, Concussion Management and Work Health & Safety as directed by the College.
