We are seeking a devoted Senior School Coordinator to join our community in Term 1, 2026.
Pacific Brook Christian Schoolis a co-educational Christian school located in Muswellbrook in the beautiful Upper Hunter Region of NSW, only 60 minutes from Maitland and 90 minutes from Newcastle. The school is part of the Pacific Hills Christian Education Ltd Group of Schools. Pacific Brook Christian School is a fast-growing Kindergarten to Year 10 learning community, committed to developing and nurturing its students.

Under the delegation of the Principal, and as a member of the School Leadership Team, the Senior School Coordinator contributes to the development and maintenance of the overall culture and climate of Pacific Brook. This role carries particular responsibility for advocating for, and responding to, the distinct needs of all Senior School students. The Senior School Coordinator ensures the effective implementation of the School’s vision and policies by developing and maintaining practices that align with the ethos and climate of Pacific Brook Christian School.

Desired Skills and ExperienceQualifications and
Skills Required:
- Personal Christian faith and a commitment to this community of Faith and Practice
- Appropriate Tertiary Qualifications in Education
- 5 years experience in Teaching
- Depth of understanding of the principles of Christian Education.
- Exemplary teaching practice.
- Highly developed administrative skills.
- Highly effective written and oral communication skills.
- Highly developed interpersonal and relational skills.
- Capacity to develop policy and curriculum aligned to the School’s vision and to implement policy in procedures
