We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning and Enrichment Teacher to join our community in 2026 in a leadership position (K-12). We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher who wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment across Junior, Middle, and Senior School.

This is a permanent full time role, commencing Term 2, 2026 (or earlier for the right candidate).

Pacific Hills Christian School is a co-educational K to Year 12 Christian school with 1500 students, located in Dural, in the Hills District of Sydney. The School is part of the Pacific Group of ten Christian schools, with six of these schools located in regional NSW. Learning Enrichment is a key component of the School’s middle management, playing an active role in shaping the School’s plans and culture and leading their implementation in daily practice and routines. With a focus on specific academic disciplines, gifted education, and EAL/D support, the Faculty Head Teacher Learning and Enrichment, collaborates as part of the Curriculum Group to design and maintain learning experiences that reflect Pacific Hills’ teaching and learning philosophy as outlined in the School’s Strategic Education Plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the enrolment and provision of adjustments for students with disabilities.
• Leadership of the team of Learning Enrichment, Support Teachers, and Aides.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Appropriate tertiary training in yourarea of speciality.
• Minimum 5 years' teaching experience.
• Understanding of Christian Education principles.
• Exemplary teaching practice.
• Strong administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to learn and support the learning of others
