The School of Business Administration (SBA) at Nile University invites applications for a full-time faculty position in Finance, commencing in Spring Semester 2026. We seek to appoint an outstanding, innovative, and research-active scholar who will contribute to the School’s teaching, research, and service missions within a dynamic and internationally oriented academic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Finance, including but not limited to Corporate Finance, Financial Management, Investment Analysis, Financial Markets, Risk Management, Fin Tech, and related areas.
- Mentor students, supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects, and support students’ academic and professional development.
- Contribute to curriculum development, program review, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Secure external research funding and manage funded research projects.
- Foster collaboration with industry partners.
- Participate in service activities at the School, University, and professional community levels.
- Ph.D. in Finance, Financial Economics, Accounting and Finance, or a closely related field.
- Appointment at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor.
- Strong publication record in reputable international journals.
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching and supervision.
- Experience in securing research grants.
- Expertise in Corporate Finance, Investments, Financial Markets, Risk Management, Fin Tech, or Data Analytics.
