The Department of Architecture, Design and Construction invites applications for two full‑time, tenure‑track faculty in Architecture, Design and Construction for the 2026‑2027 academic year.
Two full‑time, tenure‑track faculty positions in Architecture, Design, and Construction present an exciting opportunity to contribute to the exceptional training and pedagogy at the College.
The Architecture, Design and Construction Department offers degrees in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Facilities Management as well as a Proficiency Certificate in Architectural Visualization. While Architecture and Interior Design are transfer programs, Construction and Facilities Management prepare students for immediate careers in addition to offering transfer opportunities. Students across these programs share coursework and studio experiences as they progress through the curriculum.
The Liberal Studies Division at Community College of Philadelphia offers a wide range of programs that provide students with a strong foundation in the humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences. It prepares students for transfer to four‑year institutions or entry into diverse careers by developing critical thinking, communication, and analytical skills. The division emphasizes a well‑rounded education that promotes intellectual growth and personal development.
