Responsible for the development of projects, involving new systems, maintenance, and improvements to existing ones, by gathering requirements and processes, contributing to technical viability analysis, preparing and validating documentation, supporting suppliers for system development, monitoring implementation, executing validation tests for homologation, to ensure the full functioning of current systems and implementation of new projects, aiming to meet the operational and management activities of clients/users of the company with the systems in their area of operation.

Develop projects or identify the best supplier according to the particularity of each project. Monitor and participate in project implementation. Perform project validation tests. Provide support to areas in cases of doubts regarding the use or need for system improvements. Respond to calls opened by users to resolve doubts. Monitor and control the development of projects and maintenance.

• Develop projects according to the job's expertise or, together with a Senior Analyst and/or Specialist, identify the best supplier according to the particularity of each project (implementation or maintenance), by participating in the analysis of activities and services of each supplier, participating in alignment meetings with them and requesting areas, in order to contribute and clarify technical and operational doubts, to ensure the fulfillment of demands, considering cost x benefit and effectiveness.
• Monitor and control project implementation, involving the infrastructure and database team to support the contracted consultancy, monitoring scope and timeline compliance through periodic meetings, seeking solutions to technical problems, difficulties, doubts, and communicating new requirements or scope changes as necessary, to ensure project delivery within the established deadline.
• Perform project validation tests with the requesting areas, ensuring full compliance with demands, identifying correction needs, aiming for homologation, as well as monitoring user training in the area, to support usage.
• Provide support to areas in cases of doubts regarding the use or need for system improvements, activating outsourced IT consultancies and/or seeking internal solutions, as well as evaluating improvement opportunities based on problem recurrence.
• Respond to calls opened by users to resolve doubts, requests, incidents, system improvements, etc., verifying the priority level of the request, previously analyzing the indicated solution, and activating the supplier for the solution's progress, to maintain systems functionality and service level for users/clients.
• Monitor and control the development of projects and maintenance, performing tests, as well as requesting client validation and subsequent transport of the solution to the system's production environment.
• Participate in meetings, exchanging information, defining processes, concepts, and needs for adequate system development.
• Stay updated on technological innovations (internal and external) and fiscal, legal, and managerial modifications, by reading specialized publications, participating in courses, fairs, congresses, and others, seeking to improve knowledge and indicate new opportunities.
• Prepare system manuals and procedures, documenting all system processes, attaching screen layouts and report models, as well as all technical specifications, in order to provide users with clear and safe means to use the system and IT professionals with basic installation and maintenance information.
• Prepare and provide user training on new systems, providing full coverage and needs for adequate system development.
