Responsibilities
- Review and analyse customer requirements, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Prepare Inspection & test plans and different testing procedures.
- Performing product Inspection and testing as per the ITP, drawing, Data sheets and meeting the customer-specified requirements.
- Performing product inspection, offering inspection stages to the customer inspector.
- Monitoring product welding requirements based on WPS and PQR.
- Reviewing material certificates as per material specifications, product data sheets.
- Preparing quality dossiers as per the Inspection & test plan.
- Handling Internal & External audits.
- Co-ordination with internal and inter-department team members.
- Coordinating with Customer and External parties & extending support as & when required.
- Identifying Root cause and corrective action for NCRs and customer complaints related to orders.
- Oversee continuous improvement projects.
- Complying with Enpro's Vision, Mission, Values, and objectives.
- Closure of action points from MRM and customer / third-party audits.
- Bachelor's in mechanical engineering.
