Job Description:

• Manage a multi-discipline team including Supervisor, Technical roles and subcontractors providing efficient coordination and safe execution of planned and unplanned maintenance activities and support to operations on offshore and onshore installations
• Ensure safe maintenance execution compliant with HSE rules, legislative regulations and international std.
• Ensure an effective interface with GS (owner), monitor performance (KPI), implement cost effective and efficient Maintenance Plans maximising up-time and ensure appropriate reporting
• Lead the team and ensure that the company policy and Project strategy are cascaded, and targets are achieved
• Create a sound and professional relationship with the GS, team, subcontractors and Production

• Coordinate/lead maintenance operations, planning team and assign daily activity to the supervisors and/or subcontractors
• Insure discipline to the Permit To Work system
• Validate technical reports
• Prepare maintenance reports
• Report on the progress of maintenance operations, performance monitoring (KPI)
