HVAC Projects Lead Engineer

Our client is a multidisciplinary engineering firm active across various high-impact sectors. They are currently looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Engineer to join the team as a Project Lead.

• You lead and manage HVAC projects from concept to execution, mainly in non-residential environments.
• You provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members.
• You collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on building projects across sectors such as healthcare, transportation, public institutions, and media.
• You coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring quality, compliance, and safety.
• Work in close collaboration with team members based in Hasselt, Ghent, and Romania.

• You speak French and English and Dutch is a bonus.
• You have solid experience as an HVAC Engineer, ideally in non-residential or industrial projects.
• You are capable of working independently and taking ownership of full project cycles.
• You have excellent knowledge of HVAC systems, regulations, and best practices.
• You have experience in coaching or mentoring junior engineers is a strong plus.
