【仕事内容】  ◎ミッション  ・新しいプラスチック部品、金型、工程のエンジニアリングをSOPに沿って管理する。  ・材料、設計、工程の改善を定義、実施し、品質、コスト、納期を改善する。    ◎責任  ・全製品の品質基準を維持し、欠陥ゼロの製造方法を確保する。  ・ローカルおよびグローバルプラットフォーム（金型コンセプトの世界的な調整）の品質、コスト、納期の要件を満たすために、仕様に従ってプラスチック部品のエンジニアリングに責任を持つ。  ・新製品立ち上げの金型と工程について、生産までの各マイルストーンでサポートを提供し、新しい工程、部品、金型の開発に製造とエンジニアリングのインプットを提供する。  ・ヴァレオの標準と手順（RAISE）に従い、金型設計と承認プロセスをリードする。  ・コスト、品質、デザインに関して、現在の製品ラインに関連する既存の工程と金型のリーン＆継続的な改善を特定する。  ・標準を改善し、定義するためのグローバルな調整に関与する。新しい金型コンセプトやプロセスの可能性を特定し、調査する。  ・現場での安全手順を適用し、安全規則遵守の模範となる。    ◎Essential:  ・ヴァレオ生産システム、TPMルールに基づいたプラスチック部品、金型、工程の製造設計。  ・新製品を分析し、新しいコンポーネントやP2を統合する。  ・R&DのCAD設計者をサポートする。  ・成形FMEA、SPPC定義、公差適用。  ・金型加工を簡素化し、成形条件を最適化し、コストを削減するために、部品の改善点を特定する。  ・金型の特徴、サイズ、射出成形機の定義。  ・予備金型設計、金型コストと時期見積もり、見積もり依頼の作成。  ・3D金型設計のレイアウト検証、金型検討。  ・Moldflowのシミュレーション結果を分析し、新しい金型に解決策を実装し、成形工程ウィンドウを定義する。  ・オフツールから初期サンプルまでの技術部品と金型チューニングループを管理し、成形トライアウトを管理し、信頼性の高いロバストな部品検証とロバストな生産を保証するためにプロセスウィンドウを定義し、複製する。  ・ヴァレオまたはサプライヤーへの金型移管と生産開始をサポートし、技術およびメンテナンスブックを確立する。  ・ツールメーカー（現在または新規）を評価し、ツールメーカーにヴァレオの基準を教える。  ・製造およびサプライヤーからのフィードバックを活用し、是正措置および予防措置（コストダウン、問題解決、トラブルシューティング...）を開始する。    ◆出張  ・福岡県苅田町の工場へ月1回ほど  ・アジア圏（中国、韓国がメイン）へ月2回ほど最低3－4日滞在
** Responsibilities*
* ** General:
*** Maintain quality standards on all products to ensure manufacturing with zero defect methodology including process documentation required.
* Responsible for plastic part engineering according to the specifications in order to meet the requirement of quality, cost and delivery time for local and global platform (worldwide coordination of mold concept).
* Provide support on new product launch tooling and process at each milestone through production, providing the manufacturing and engineering inputs for development of new process, parts and tooling.
* Lead the tooling design and approval process according to the Valeo standards & Procedure (RAISE).
* Identify lean & continuous improvement to existing process and tooling related to current product lines with regard to the cost, quality, and/or design.
* Involve in a global coordination to improve and define standards. Identify and investigate potential new tooling concepts and processes.
* Apply in his field safety procedure and have a role model in safety rule appliance.
** Education/Training
** Engineer degree or advanced technician in plastic engineering or mechanical engineer degree.
** Professional Experience
** 5 years in Mold design engineering in technical automotive parts  or  10 years in injection molding in technical automotive parts
