Galax Eye Space is on a mission to revolutionize Earth Observation through cutting-edge multi-sensor satellite technology.

We are looking for Satellite Operators to join our Mission Operations Center and take part in real-time satellite control and mission execution.

As a Satellite Operator
, you will be responsible for monitoring, commanding, and maintaining our satellites’ health and performance. This position demands technical precision, teamwork, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate satellite systems using ground control interfaces.

Monitor satellite health, telemetry, and performance during satellite passes.

Coordinate with engineering, mission planning, and data processing teams.

Detect anomalies, troubleshoot, and follow operational protocols to maintain mission continuity.

Maintain detailed logs, checklists, and reports to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering
, Electronics and Communication
, or a related technical field.

Preferred

Skills & Experience:

Basic understanding of satellite systems
, orbital mechanics
, and RF communications
.

Familiarity with Linux systems
, scripting languages (Python/Bash), and telemetry tools
.

Ability to analyze telemetry data and perform system health assessments.

Prior internship or experience in satellite operations, mission control, or aerospace research projects is an advantage.

Excellent problem-solving
, communication
, and documentation skills.

Willingness to work in shift-based operations
, including weekends or holidays if mission-critical.
