As a participant in our Industrial Graduate Program, you will embark on a dynamic and comprehensive rotational journey on different locations of Nexans worldwide. You will take part to various departments within our organization and contribute to local Industrial projects. This immersive experience is specifically crafted to provide you with a well-rounded understanding of our operations, equipping you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in a leadership role.

- Design and implement new processes and equipment within our production units, following the complete process from specification to project commissioning.
- Work closely with the production team to improve existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing effective solutions.
- Ensure the proper application of the SMQHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management System) and compliance with HSE requirements on projects.
- Participate in the control of known and applied documentation and records
- Manage relations with subcontractors and suppliers on new projects
- Draw up the operating budget for your business area and propose service investments
- Report weekly on project progress
- Coordinate the project team and ensure effective communication at critical stages of the project.
- Define the project schedule in consultation with the operator
- Oversee the smooth running of the work as Works Supervisor.
You are a recent Engineering Graduate (Industrial degree is a plus) with maximum 2 years’ experience in an industrial role (including internship). You have the following skills:
- Knowledge of industrial processes
- Complex problem solving
- Engineering principles
- Supervision of maintenance work
- Excellent interpersonal skills
