Electrical Modeler​/BIM Specialist

We provide MEP Modeling, VDC/BIM Management, Laser Scanning, and Scan to BIM services, as well as a comprehensive array of BIM production services to architects, engineers, and owners.

A BIM Specialist models the buildings in Revit or similar programs. Depending on seniority or expertise, they can model one or more disciplines. Modelers at ENG must also understand and review discipline specifications, project manuals, and submittals (Quality Analysis), and be able to read the design information provided by our clients to create accurate and constructible BIM models.

• An Upper Intermediate level of English is an absolute must.
• Electrical Engineering degree.
• Experience managing teams of people and dealing with clients.
• Experience using Evolve, Revit, Navisworks, RECAP, Cloud Compare or AutoCAD for MEP projects.
• Familiarity with NEC Standards.
• Experience in US-based and data center projects.
