Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable, including use of financial software like Quick Books Online.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for the mission and work of the organization.
  • Alignment with the agency’s core values.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts receivable using inSync, CDS/EBS, and insurance portals.
  • Submit timely and accurate billing claims for all programs.
  • Follow up and ensure timely and accurate payments are received.
  • Monitor insurance eligibility and ensure billing systems are up to date.
  • Determine copays and deductible payments to be made.
  • Ensure compliance with the No Surprises Act.
  • Conduct credentialing and recredentialing activities for providers.
  • Other tasks as directed.

Probationary Period: 6 months

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
