RTR Accountant with German

• Hybrid job model (Warsaw office in Konstruktorska street)

• Perform reliably and timely all processes agreed in the SLA with the supported units of the Schneider Electric group. Strive to constantly improve the quality and efficiency of work
• Independently verify, describe and book financial documents in accordance with the guidelines contained in the procedures and manuals for the given unit
• Independently agree and confirm balances with Suppliers and Customers, explain ambiguities and take necessary corrective actions
• Prepare data for reporting for the needs of the group in accordance with internal requirements of Schneider Electric
• Prepare Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation
• Participate in additional projects (transition, transformation, standardization) in the indicated Schneider Electric units

• 1-4 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar discipline
• Knowledge of RtR process would be an asset
• English and German (nice to have)
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP would be an asset
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work with large volumes of data
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
