* What You’ll Do:

****** Patient Care & Treatment Planning
*** Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to help patients reach their goals.
* Select targeted therapy techniques to improve function, mobility, and independence.
* Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans with input from patients and families.
* Provide education, training, and discharge planning to set patients up for long-term success.
** Assessment & Documentation
*** Work closely with physicians to establish and update care plans, goals, and discharge strategies.
* Maintain clear, timely documentation of assessments, progress notes, and education provided.
** Collaboration & Professionalism
*** Serve as a resource for staff, families, and physicians regarding rehabilitation services.
* Uphold the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and patient confidentiality.
* Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
* Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for both patients and colleagues.

* What You Bring:

****** Education & Licensure**
* ** Master’s or Bachelor’s degree*
* ** in*
* ** Occupational Therapy required.**
* ** Current Georgia Occupational Therapist license required.**
* ** Basic Life Support (BLS) certification*
* ** from AHA required.
**** Skills & Qualifications**
* ** Strong communication and interpersonal skills**
