Woodland Centers is currently recruiting a full-time Alcohol and Drug Counselor to work within our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Program. You will work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team providing comprehensive, integrated care to adults living with mental illness, substance use, and associated medical conditions. We provide our services where the clients need them—in their homes, at their work, or in other community settings.

Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm, and Friday, 7:30 am – 12:00 pm.

• Provide treatment services to promote recovery and community integration for people served on the ACT team.
• Conduct drug and alcohol assessments.
• Provide stage-based individual and group mental health substance use interventions.
• Provide cross-training and guidance to the team on recommended practices to support engagement, active treatment, and maintenance of recovery.
• Complete functional assessments, treatment plans, and documentation of services provided.
• Maintain a caseload and provide care coordination with external providers and help clients connect with natural supports.

• Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in Minnesota $30.69/hr OR
• Alcohol and Drug Counselor in Minnesota $26.78/hr OR
• One year away from ADC-T or LADC $24.97/hr

* ACT licensed providers enjoy a 6% higher salary than other like positions at Woodland Centers. *

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:
From $24.97 – $30.69 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
