We currently have a rewarding opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our South Metro Community Aged Care team
. This role is permanent part-time (0.6 FTE) and involves travel across Rockingham, Mandurah, Peel, Erskine and surrounds
.

Your RoleAs an Occupational Therapist, you will:
- Complete and manage OT referrals across home and centre-based services
- Plan and deliver individual or group therapy programs
- Educate clients on safe use of aids and equipment
- Collaborate with and supervise Therapy Assistants
- Attend multidisciplinary meetings
- Travel between Bethanie sites based on service demands
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation aligned with client care plans
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring:
- Full, unrestricted registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in aged care or community services
, particularly supporting clients with dementia - Strong clinical reasoning and a passion for delivering person-centred care
- The ability to relate to clients and share knowledge that fosters meaningful change
- High-level communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and confidence in decision-making
- Capacity to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to changing priorities
- A collaborative mindset and ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for travel across South Metro & Peel region
- Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of Bethanie
- Relevant vaccinations and a current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
