We’re looking for a Part Time Support Worker to join our team at Cheddle Lodge.We are looking for a Support Worker to join the team at our Residential Service in Cheddle Lodge based in the town of Cheadle, which provides support to 13 adults with Cerebral Palsy and associated disabilities.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to supporting people and share our values to make the residential service a home.

What we are looking for· Understand and work to provide an excellent standard of person-centred care in a safe and nurturing environment.
· Can support daily routines to provide structure and stability for our residents and build meaningful relationships.
· Promote independence and are committed to supporting our residents to receive an excellent standard of care and giving them the opportunity to live a full and active life.
· Understand the needs of and a positive attitude towards people with disabilities.
· Align to our values and share our passion for what we do and why we do it.
· Are willing to work flexibly to cover shifts that will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays
· Have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written (including basic IT skills)
· Previous demonstratable experience in care.
