Your Role

As a Chaplain/Bereavement Coordinator
, you will:

  • ✔ Provide spiritual guidance and emotional support to patients and families of diverse backgrounds.
  • ✔ Offer bereavement counseling to loved ones before and after a patient’s passing.
  • ✔ Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary hospice team to deliver holistic care.
  • ✔ Help individuals and families navigate grief, loss, and end‑of‑life transitions with compassion.
What We’re Looking For
  • 🔹 A degree or certification from an accredited seminary or school of theology (BD, MDiv, or equivalent) OR appropriate certification in hospital/pastoral ministry.
  • 🔹 Experience supporting end‑of‑life care, bereavement, or hospice patients (preferred).
  • 🔹 Comfort working in an interfaith setting
    , providing care to individuals of all spiritual backgrounds.
  • 🔹 Knowledge of grief counseling, bereavement support, and hospice philosophy
    .
  • 🔹 A team‑oriented mindset
    , ready to collaborate with medical and support staff.
