Join a Collaborative Pediatric Team

We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a growing pediatric therapy team in the Kansas City area. The clinic serves children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, providing individualized therapy within an ABA-based setting. This is a great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with young children, values collaboration, and wants the flexibility to build a caseload that works for them.

You'll work alongside a strong multidisciplinary team in an established clinical environment with a consistent pediatric population and plenty of opportunity to grow.

One of the biggest advantages of this opportunity is caseload availability. There is a strong patient population already in place, allowing clinicians to maintain a desired caseload size without having to build a caseload from scratch.

What You'll Do
  • Provide individualized speech-language therapy to children ages 3-6
  • Work primarily with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Provide 1:1 therapy sessions lasting approximately 30-60 minutes
  • Complete evaluations, typically scheduled for approximately 90 minutes
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of pediatric professionals
  • Manage your daily caseload and schedule within clinic operating hours
Schedule & Flexibility

Clinicians have flexibility in determining the number of sessions they see each day, allowing you to build a caseload that aligns with your professional and income goals. The clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with no weekend requirements.

Qualifications
  • Licensed or license-eligible Speech-Language Pathologist. SLPA also welcome.
  • Interest in working with a pediatric population
  • Comfortable working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for providing individualized, child-centered care

If you're looking for a pediatric SLP position where you can step into an established caseload, work alongside a great clinical team, maintain flexibility in your schedule, and have the opportunity to grow into leadership, we'd love to connect with you.
