The brand-new AKI Family Resort PLOSE has been open since November 2024, welcoming our little and big guests alike. * AKI Family Resort PLOSE in Mellaun/Brixen, we are looking for a Chef de Rang (f/m/d) starting in May.

• Warmly welcoming and looking after our guests, regardless of age
• Recommending culinary delights and drinks, explaining menu options in a child-friendly way
• Ensuring a smooth service flow during mealtimes and making sure all guests feel comfortable and welcome
• Working closely with other departments to ensure first-class service
• Train and guide new team members to ensure our high quality of service is maintained

• You have experience in the hotel industry, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
• You have a hotel school graduation.
• Passion for hospitality with attention to guests' needs.
• You are a cheerful, guest-oriented person with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• You enjoy working in a team and interacting with your colleagues.
• Good knowledge of Italian, English, and preferably German.
• You have a good knowledge of the world of wine.
