Compensation

$110,000–$150,000 base, uncapped bonus tied to quality, speed, and retention.

This is not traditional recruiting. This is talent architecture. You are the gatekeeper of Bolt Farm Treehouse’s future. You will design, build, and lead a high-speed, high-precision talent machine—one that filters mediocrity, sources top 1% performers, and delivers culture-aligned A-players across the organization. You will not manage job boards. You will command pipelines.

• Proactively source and close elite talent across multiple roles and functions
• Write and post high-conviction job descriptions that repel average and attract top-tier performers
• Architect a fast, rigorous, and culture-aligned hiring system
• Own end-to-end recruiting for priority roles with full accountability
• Partner with department heads to define talent profiles, culture DNA, and onboarding runway
• Use data to refine sourcing velocity, candidate quality, and pipeline health
• Own all recruiting tools and workflows inside our tech stack

• 90‑day retention and performance of new hires
