Salesforce Consultant

Experiencing rapid growth, we are currently seeking Managers or Senior Managers to assist our 5 partners with clients and teams.

• You will undergo an integration period to update your skills and knowledge on Spring Five's technologies and methods.
• Armed with this experience, you will work on high-value-added missions for our key clients, in Europe and internationally, to improve operational performance processes related to customer relations: marketing, sales, support, field service, etc.
• Depending on the nature of the mission and project phases, you will be involved in different phases of business analysis and IT solution deployment in close collaboration with the client, a senior consultant, and technical teams.
• You will conduct business analysis: modeling of existing operational processes, gathering and structuring business needs, defining the target. In collaboration with our experts and architects, you will ensure how the business application integrates into our clients' information system, in line with their corporate strategy.
• You will design and implement application elements in 'no code'. You will work in coordination with technical teams to manage the realization of advanced programmatic elements.
• You will lead change management and ensure follow-up on the realization of expected business value.

You have no programming knowledge but a strong interest in technology, building digital tools, and are not afraid to dive in to learn how to configure our clients' business applications.
