Your Role in Our MissionOur mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we need your skills to support our Enterprise client implementation projects through the onboarding process. With your expertise and level of knowledge and experience, you will support sales, attend client face‑to‑face meetings and be a solutions engineer. You will consult with our clients to ensure that we are aligning their strategy to our technology and building them a world‑class platform.

Our office is for you to use as much as you like; as a minimum our Implementation Team works from our London Office at least 2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities- Project manage our Enterprise level clients in the UK and deliver the implementation with the support of the BG Implementation Specialist for the technical set‑up
- Support sales, act as a solutions engineer and advise clients
- Create tailored implementation plans and Gantt charts to present at client meetings and sales pitches during the implementation process
- Align innovative strategies with our technology solutions – providing creative and customised solutions to meet clients’ individual needs within the scope of our product’s capabilities and the solutions on the client’s contract
- Design and deliver presentations on proposed solutions
- Ensure all projects are delivered timeously in accordance with project timelines and the service start date in our T&Cs
- Bring focus to a client’s decision‑making process by communicating and evaluating solution options
- Work with Clients to determine the most appropriate implementation and launch plan
- Act as a Client Champion during the implementation process
- Test and troubleshoot final system setups on delivery and implementation/project plans for projects
- Work with the Sales and Service team to help them understand the technical details in each implementation
- Manage positive relationships internally and externally
- Ensure customer database (Salesforce) and Guide
CX is accurate and up to date - Develop an excellent technical knowledge of our product and its capabilities
- Maintain and continually improve our Demo Hubs
- Proven successful client‑facing and/or project‑management experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A level‑headed approach with the ability to plan and prioritise with good time‑management skills
- Adept at building rapport and dealing confidently with stakeholders and great at building internal and external relationships
- The ability to work independently whilst being team‑oriented, collaborating comfortably with different teams in the business
- A willingness to invest time and energy into learning new things and developing your skills

- 1st stage interview with the Director of Implementation & Solutions Consultant
- Final interview with the Flex Team Manager & Director of Implementation
