We're looking for a Data Analyst/Growth Analyst who can dive deep into user behavior, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that will drive our acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts. The Data Analyst/Growth Analyst will play a critical role in interpreting data to guide GoFree's strategy. Here's what the role entails:

• Data Collection and Analysis
  :
  Collect and analyze user data from various sources, including app usage, marketing channels, and customer feedback. Identify patterns and trends that offer insights into how our users engage with GoFree.
• User Behavior Insights
  :
  Investigate and report on user behavior to inform product development and marketing strategies. Help us understand the factors that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention, as well as where improvements can be made.
• Performance Tracking
  :
  Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, user acquisition channels, and growth initiatives. Report on key metrics like customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (LTV), and churn rate.
• Segmentation and Personalization
  :
  Use data to segment our user base and identify opportunities for personalized marketing and engagement. Tailor communications and offerings based on user preferences and needs.
• A/B Testing and Experimentation
  :
  Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize user experience, marketing strategies, and product features. Determine which changes drive the best results and align with our growth objectives.
• Forecasting and Predictive Analytics
  :
  Develop predictive models to forecast growth, user retention, and revenue potential. Provide insights that help GoPremium anticipate future needs and make proactive decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  :
  Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to share insights and recommend data-driven improvements. Enable each team to make better decisions based on solid data analysis.
• Data Visualization and Reporting
  :
  Create clear and compelling dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels. Make complex data accessible and actionable for non-technical team members.
