Requirements include:
— 1+ years in the HR field, at least 6 months in IT in a similar position;
— Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency;
— Understanding of IT work specifics, processes, teams, and roles;
— Good knowledge of Gmail, Google Workspace, Google Drive, Slack, and Google Calendar;
— Understanding of basic HR metrics and their impact;
— Experience with Tallenta and Notion is a plus.
Responsibilities:
1. Important events celebration
— Prepare and post content for celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries, holidays);
— Develop, order, and deliver merchandise and gifts for occasions;
— Organize online/offline events for various occasions.
2. Measure and boost eNPS
— Conduct regular eNPS surveys;
— Create and implement activities to achieve and maintain Top Employer status;
— Improve company atmosphere through updates on performance and events.
3. Boost employer brand
— Manage social media presence (Linked In, Instagram);
— Develop participation plans for employer branding activities;
— Promote the company via viral videos on Tik Tok, Reels, Shorts.
4. Grow and develop employees
— Assist in creating and maintaining the Competence matrix;
— Plan and implement training and events for employee development.
5. Culture growth
— Develop recognition and reward plans for employees demonstrating initiative;
— Coordinate quarterly all-hands meetings with leadership;
— Organize workshops and team meetings on culture and collaboration.
