We are looking for a talented IT Analst who will transform technical documentation into clear and comprehensible resources. The role involves regular updates, editing, creating, and maintaining project documentation. The candidate should have practical experience with UML diagrams or relevant experience in similar roles (IT analyst, BI analyst).
Mission- Creation and management of technical documentation: infrastructure, technical manuals, etc.
- Collaboration with IT teams: gathering technical information from the development team, BI users, and analysts
- Ensuring consistency in templates, styles, and documentation standards
- Publishing documents on platforms such as Confluence or according to agreed processes
- Optimizing content for easy reading and accessibility, including effective version control
- Proven experience with Jira and Confluence; knowledge of MS Visio/Draw.io and ADO IT is an advantage.
- Experience with creating diagrams.
- Good understanding of cloud, infrastructure, or security.
- Ability to transform technical content into professional and comprehensible documentation.
- Excellent sense of visual design and ability to create attractive texts, presentations, or drawings.
- Strong command of English is a priority.
