** Job Description
** The AI Platforms Engineer is a hands-on technical expert responsible for building, automating, and maintaining the AI Kitchen 2.0. This role is the backbone of the C4E, taking architecture designs and turning them into functional, reliable, and secure platform components. The engineer’s work directly enables the productivity of all AI builders at Globe, from citizen developers to professional engineers. This role translates strategic business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure AI platforms and toolkits deployed on the cloud.

* DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*** Architectural Design:
Design the end-to-end architecture for the AI C4E platforms, including landing zones, security perimeters, and multi-cloud integrations.
* Platform Implementation:
Build and deploy core platform components, including CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and serverless functions.
* Technology Evaluation:
Lead the evaluation and selection of core technologies, including LLM-based services, data stores, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Tool & Kit Development:
Implement standardized AI kits and reusable modules for common use cases like chatbots and RAG applications, using frameworks like Lang Chain.
* Infrastructure Management:
Automate the provisioning and maintenance of AI landing zones on AWS and GCP using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
* Performance & Reliability:
Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource usage for performance and cost efficiency.
* Governance Automation:
Implement automated security and Responsible AI checks into the platform's build and deployment processes.

* Collaboration:

Work with the advocacy team to understand user needs and integrate new tools that accelerate their work.  Also work with cloud and technology partners to stay abreast of new services and influence product roadmaps.
** REQUIREMENTS**:

Experience:

5+ years in a software or Dev Ops engineering role, with a focus on cloud and AI  technologie & for Senior level - 10+ years in technology, with at least 5 years in an AI/ML or cloud  architecture role.  
● Proven Track Record:
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining automated,  enterprise-grade platforms.  
● Technical

Skills:

A strong portfolio or project history showcasing expertise in Python, cloud services,  and Dev Ops and deep knowledge of modern AI stack is a plus.

Education:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
