** Job Description
** Responsibility is to design and create effective solutions that meet the specific needs of the group, clients or internal stakeholders. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and architects, to translate business requirements into practical and innovative solutions. Expertise in the field is necessary in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and driving the organization's strategic goals.* ###
** Drive the solutioning and assessment of requirements during project implementation phases and activities.*** ###
** Understands business requirements and processes and translates it to technical language, and vice versa.*** ###
** May act as solutions designer of a project, leading the solution strategy of implementation until project cutover and operations.*** ###
** Creates and updates solution plan documents, functional specifications and test scripts.*** ###
** Ensures that system configurations and deployments are complete and accurate.*** ###
** Works with business users, SMEs, project teams and solution leads of the applications involved in the project, CR and operation.*** ###
** Provides assistance and support to business groups throughout project activities including end user training.*** ###
** Resolves production issues and caters enhancements or change requests.*** ###
** Validates results through testing, troubleshooting and investigations.*** ###
** SME who provides technical assessment and recommends industry best-practice solutions*** ###
** Complies with Globe's process documents and framework*** ###
** Keeping abreast of the latest developments, updates and offering of the product in his/her area.*** ###
** Reports and aligns tasks to his/her supervisor, manager, department head and cross-functional leaders.**###
** Hiring Requirements*** ###
** At least 5 years of related work experience in the field of IT as SAP SD or SAP LE functional consultant*** ###
** Must have at least 2 years of end-to-end project implementation experience, from requirements gathering, blueprinting until hypercare and post go live support*** ###
** Knowledgeable in any other SAP modules such as MM, CS, QM, FI, CO, etc.*** ###
** Preferably with S/4

HANA experience*** ###
** Strong understanding of software development methodologies and architectural principles.*** ###
** Proficiency in designing solutions using a variety of technologies, such as cloud platforms, web and mobile applications, databases, and APIs.*** ###
** Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address potential issues and risks.*** ###
** Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.*** ###
** Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.*** ###
