** Job Description
** Designs and ensures adherence to his/her recommended IT system landscape for optimal data flow, operational stability and avoidance of risks among systems supporting internal business processes.
*
* DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

*** Develop and communicate a solution to deliver agreed business outcomes
* Design IT systems to meet specified requirements and agreed systems architectures
* Manage requirements through the entire delivery and operational life cycle
* Establish and implement sustainable digital strategies in line with the organization's sustainable IT strategy and ambition
* Ensure that the entire service provides the value and benefits that meet the users’ needs and the desired outcomes of the organization, balancing the user needs and the business needs
* Understand and assess business situations, drivers and goals to define them as business and user needs. Discover and identify customer requirements and emerging needs, and develop optimized solutions or recommendations to address these delivering delightful customer experience
** KPIs:
*** Architecture Stability  + Robustness of solution recommendation to cater to business requirements defined in the foreseeable future (3-5 years); avoidance of the need for major re-architecture efforts post solution implementation unless driven by a significant change in business requirements and strategy
* Architecture Integrity  + Compliance with Enterprise Architecture standards, principles and best practices during solutioning; avoidance of interim solutions/workarounds
* Solution Quality  + Functional and technical compliance to capability requirements; avoidance of solution gaps
* Continuous Improvement  + Continuously build and improve processes, tools and methodology to strengthen relationships and communication, solution development and delivery, success metrics and feedback loops
** Top 3-5 Deliverables:
*** Conduct initial technical assessments of solution proposals to define project scope and provide high-level cost estimations.
* Develop and present a detailed Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) for solution costing to support budget planning and stakeholder approval.
* Create the comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and support the procurement process by reviewing contracts and generating Purchase Orders (POs).
