Management Data Analyst

Position Summary / Career Interest

This position is responsible for providing data insights and custom analytics to support all areas of Spend Management. The role requires a thorough understanding of supply chain processes and data integration between multiple source systems. The Data Analyst will use this data to create analytical scenarios, KPIs, and visualizations to improve outcomes, drive savings, and create operational improvements and efficiencies. The role will also work cross‑functionally across various departments to develop a collaborative environment.

• Support initiatives through data analysis and the development of data visualizations.
• Assist in the planning and design of data analytic projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects by developing tools and standard templates.
• Assist with defining data standards and definitions.
• Lead discussions with cross‑functional teams on the results of projects and data analysis.
• Produce financial analysis for cost savings initiatives.
• Gather data and produce accurate and timely analytics for department leaders.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert on supply chain analytics tools and methodologies.
• Perform the professional, clinical, and/or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• 2 or more years of experience working in a supply chain environment.
• 2 or more years of experience in data analysis and structured report writing in a healthcare environment.
• 2 or more years of experience working with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO), tier structures, and contract compliance.

• Superior communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently with varying deadlines and levels of importance.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• Proficient with database building and maintenance.
• Ability to work within a team or individually for project completion.
• Workday ERP knowledge.
• Operational inventory knowledge.
• Health system item master knowledge.
