** Job Description
** Must respond promptly to issues reported by clients, conducting root cause analysis and going through various testing scenarios for thorough resolution within the agreed SLA
** DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*
* ● Must respond promptly to issues reported by clients, conducting root cause analysis and going through various testing scenarios for thorough resolution within the agreed SLA
Please see some of the requests below:  -    Performs devops-related deployment tasks deployment of infrastructure   -    Performs infra hardening to secure the systems from known risks and vulnerabilities  -    Complies with all operational standards and other requirements as defined in the ITS system implementation standards  -    Provides infra support during testing  -    Performs server migration and cutover to production; provides onsite support during these activities.  

-    Provide support on other infra-related SR activities.  
● Cater to other groups and individuals' requests within ITS, ITS customers  
● Provide technical expertise, knowledge, and guidance to other network implementation engineers  
● Coordinates with vendors and suppliers when it comes to server and cloud service fulfillment if needed.  
● Provide extended assistance to issues related to server and cloud, if needed.  
● Knowledge transfer to L2/L3 ITS team  
● Assist vendors in the installation of devices, if needed.  
● Regular implementation standard review with ITS sysad/cloud team  
● Regular peer review of infra design,  if needed.  
● Regular peer review with L2/L3 ITS,  if needed.  
● Technical and Process planning with O&M and ITS  
● Operational requirement standard review  
● Attend Operational reporting review  
● Attend team meetings, huddles, DSU, trainings, and KT sessions

3+ years’ experience working in system administration/ cloud implementations.  

B.
Solid understanding of test methodologies, test design and test best practices to manage service performance KPIs and root cause analysis  

C.
High familiarity with different infra technology  -    Infrastructure as Code - AWS Cloud formation, Ansible, Packer  -    Scripting Language - Python, AWS CLI, Boto  -    Containers - Kubernetes, AWS EKS, AWS Fargate, PKS, GKE, Docker   -    Different cloud providers - Google Cloud, Azure, etc.  -    Continuous Integration - Git, Gitlab,  Jenkins  -    Continuous Deployment - Jenkins, Gitlab  -    Continuous Monitoring - Jaeger, Grafana, Prometheus  -    Continuous Testing - Gremlin (Chaos Engineering)  -    Serverless - Lambda, API Gateway, Kinesis, Dynamo
