Senior Program Manager; Product & Technical Operations

We operate trusted consumer brands including The Mortgage Reports and Nurse.org, and we are scaling aggressively into new verticals such as insurance.

To support our next phase of growth, we are building a unified, world-class operating system that connects strategy, product, technology, and cross-functional execution. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to help make that system real.

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager who blends program management
, product management
, and technical fluency
. You will translate business needs into detailed specifications, create and manage Jira tickets, coordinate execution across engineering and cross-functional teams, and drive roadmap alignment across multiple verticals (Mortgage, Education, Insurance) and our centralized Growth Team.

This role is strategic, operational, and execution-oriented. You will work closely with GMs, the Growth Team, IT, and Executive Leadership to ensure the right projects are prioritized, built, and delivered on time.

Own the end-to-end planning and execution of complex cross-vertical initiatives

Build and maintain an 18-month program roadmap aligned to company-scale goals

Run weekly program reviews and ensure alignment between GMs, Growth, IT, Analytics, and Content

Translate business opportunities into structured product requirements

Write clear and complete Jira epics, stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans

Coordinate with engineering to ensure timely delivery and unblock dependencies

Identify risks early and drive issue resolution

Manage sprint cadence in partnership with engineering

Drive cross-functional testing and QA

Maintain clarity on status, risks, and resource needs across multiple teams

Build a unified view of business needs and technical opportunities

Collaborate with GMs to define high-impact projects that grow GP

Partner with Growth to prioritize traffic, conversion, and performance improvements

Support the development of scalable systems across verticals

Use AI tools to accelerate requirements writing, documentation, user research, and analysis

Identify AI opportunities to streamline workflows across the org

Conduct consumer research; synthesize insights into requirements

Understand marketplace trends in mortgage, education, and insurance

5+ years in program management
, product operations
, or technical project management

Strong background working with technical teams and writing detailed requirements

Experience with
Jira
, agile workflows, sprint planning, and cross-functional execution

Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical work

Familiarity using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, automation tools)

Experience with testing, user research, QA, and iterative product growth

Excellent communicator and relationship builder

Comfortable working in fast-paced, scaling environments

Highly organized, proactive, and a natural problem solver

Competitive compensation ($140K–$190K OTE)

Ability to shape a company’s operating system and roadmap
