What You’ll Do:

As our Revenue Operations Manager
, you’ll be at the center of Nue’s GTM engine — optimizing our sales and marketing systems, data, and processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and insight.

This is a hands-on builder role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments. You’ll combine technical expertise in Salesforce and Hub Spot with an AI-first mindset to automate workflows, surface intelligence, and remove friction from our go-to-market teams. You’ll play a critical role in connecting insights to execution — ensuring marketing and sales efforts translate into measurable revenue growth and forecast accuracy.

Job Role and Responsibility
  • Drive the Rev Ops Mission: Optimize Nue’s tech stack, data analytics, and processes to support rapid growth by removing barriers to efficiency, leveraging AI as a multiplier, and ensuring happy internal customers.
  • Build the Foundation for Scale: Design and implement scalable systems and processes that will power Nue’s next stage of growth.
  • Own & Administer Core Systems: Serve as system owner for Salesforce and Hub Spot, ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and streamlined workflows.
  • Integrate & Automate: Maintain and optimize key integrations between Hub Spot and Salesforce, and experiment with AI tools like Apollo.ai, Quota Path, and Zoom Revenue Accelerator to enhance productivity and personalization.
  • Govern Data Quality: Own data standards and governance across the GTM tech stack, ensuring leadership has accurate, actionable insights at all times.
  • Analyze & Report: Build and maintain dashboards, forecasts, and performance reports that enable leadership to make informed decisions across the revenue funnel.
  • Design & Refine Processes: Partner with Demand Generation, Marketing, and Sales to define and document scalable processes that improve lead flow, conversion visibility, and handoff consistency.
  • Act as the Connective Tissue: Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align processes, data, and performance metrics.
  • Enable the Team: Create documentation, training, and change management materials to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Lead & Collaborate: Manage one direct report (CS Operations) and foster cross-functional partnership with Marketing, Digital, and Sales to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
  • Champion AI Innovation: Continuously evaluate new AI capabilities to automate manual tasks, enhance data quality, and accelerate decision-making.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Increased system adoption and satisfaction among GTM teams.
  • Improved pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy.
  • Reduced manual processes and data errors through automation.
  • Faster lead-to-opportunity conversion and more efficient campaign execution.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and/or Marketing Operations within B2B SaaS.
  • Salesforce and Hub Spot (admin-level experience strongly preferred).
  • Experience managing integrations between Salesforce and Hub Spot.
  • Working knowledge of Quota Path
